How much can one company differ from every other company out there specializing in the same unique industry?

Our company is the only company on Long Island to move concrete buildings,  We were the first company to make the switch from spring suspension to hydraulic suspension transport dolly wheels and we then made the first move to the Unified Precision Jacking Machine as described in our Home Page.

One of the oldest homes moved on Long Island was also completed by our company.  The Lestor H. Davis House in Coram built in the early 1700's was picked up and restored.  Coram's first school house, built around 1800, was picked up and moved next door the to Lestor Davis house not long after the Davis project was completed.

When disaster struck Westhampton beach in the 1980's from a hurricane that eroded most of the beach, The United States Army Corps of Engineer's turned to Dawn to relocate over 20 houses away from the ocean in a very tight schedule. 

Our extensive body of work reaching from the shores of Shelter Island to the busy streets of East Hampton and all the way back to area's in Nassua County such as Hewlit Harbor and Seaford represent our dedication to serving in the House Moving industry.
